All interested parties will go through the following process:

1.  Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the following attachments:

• resume of applicant
• sketch of proposed outlet location
• photos of proposed outlet
• profile of the target market which should include a description of the area, the population, list of business establishments serviceable areas, list of courier companies present in the area

     The letter of intent should be addressed to:

     Manila Domestic Airport, Pasay City
     Philippines 1300

2.  Our Luzon Network Team will evaluate your proposal based on the following criteria:

• Necessity of an agent in the area proposed and the intensity of competition
• Accessibility of the outlet to the most number of people and visibility to the public
• Feasibility, profitability of the the area, sustainability

3.  Our Luzon Network Team will conduct an ocular inspection of the proposed site and will evaluate according to:

• size of the office
• location
• physical look / facade
• accessiblity

     Please note that above criteria is not inclusive.

4.  Our Luzon Network Team will evaluate background of applicant and merit of his application in accordance with his business skills, experience, credibility and logistics capability.

5.  Upon approval, the Agent should put up the cash and surety bond, sign the contract and schedule training.
